Guided Meditation + Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment with an open and non judgmental attitude. Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, fixing yourself or even changing yourself. It’s an invitation to bring awareness to your state of being in the present moment and offer yourself loving-kindness, compassion and resting in what is alive for you without judgement.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga targets your connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones in order to regulate the bodies flow of energy and promote balance and flexibility. Yin includes longer holds in poses giving you space to turn inward while noticing your mind and the physical sensations in your body. This is a practice of moving towards your edge while engaging in self inquiry. This is a chance to get curious about what it means to slow down and be with your moment to moment experience.

Vinyasa Style Flow
Vinyasa moves fluidly from pose to pose while accessing your breath.
Oftentimes, vinyasa includes workings towards a peak pose, keeping you engaged and present with the process. These sequences are aimed to help you develop strength, alignment and flexibility. This is a great opportunity for a class that is challenging but still accessible for all levels.
